  • How long does it take to see results from using booty bands?


    Depending on how much volume they have to start with. Some users will see results in 5 weeks and 6 months. You should feel strength gains much quicker, within a couple of weeks of consistent use.


    Can you build glutes with Ajna Booty Bands?


    Of course! You don't need anything fancy to get a good glute workout. In fact, you don't need weights to work your backside at all. To see results, complete a booty band workout twice a week. You'll see results in just a month or two, no weights required.

    How do I stop the bands rolling down?


    Ajna Wellbeing Boot Bands are extra thick and as wide to prevent any rolling. We’ve also added latex backing to stop your bands from sliding down.


    Can I wash my Booty Bands?


    You sure can. We recommend a gentle wash and hanging your bands to dry completely before placing back in their carry pouch.


    HOW TO USE


    You can use Ajna Wellbeing Booty Bands alone, or in conjunction with a weights workout, yoga practice, or pilates class. Most often, they’re placed around the legs, above the knee.
