How Do I Clean My Diffuser
Make sure you completely shut off and unplug the diffuser before cleaning. Empty the reservoir and wipe with a damp cotton cloth. You can use a cotton cotton ball dipped in alcohol to get rid of an excess buildup. Rinse the reservoir and allow it to completely dry before using it again.
How Does an Ajna Wellbeing Oil Diffuser Work?
Ultrasonic diffusers are designed to use electricity to cause a small plate inside the machine to vibrate. The vibrations are extremely fast – up to millions of vibrations per second – and help break down the essential oil particles into their base molecules. These powerful essential oil molecules blend with water used in the machine to disperse into the air.
Diffusing essential oils this way is much safer than other methods of application. First, these diffusers emit no heat, so the integrity of the essential oil is not compromised. Some methods of application involve heating the oils, which can not only damage the oil, but can damage skin if you come into contact with it.
How Long Will My Diffuser Stay On
Depending on which setting you choose (intermittent mist, of constant mist) your diffuser will provide up to 8 hrs of mist. Once the reservoir is empty your diffuser will switch off automatically.
Is It Safe To Diffuse Around Pets And Children
Please check specifics around each individual oil before diffusing around children and pets. Oil safety will often depend on age in children, or in case of pets, the type of animal.
What size diffuser do I need?
For small spaces, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, or offices, our 150ml diffuser should do the job. For larger spaces we recommend our larger size diffusers, or simply placing two at either side of the room.
HOW TO USE
- Set your diffuser up near a socket, and plug it in.
- Remove the ceramic shell, and reservoir lid, and fill to the max line with water.
- Add your favourite essential oils. We recommend anywhere between 3-15 drops per 100ml water.
- Replace the reservoir lid, and ceramic shell.
- Choose you light and mist setting by pressing the buttons on the base of the diffuser
- Sit back, relax, and take you olfactory senses on delightful ride.
