During pregnancy, the ligaments in your body naturally become softer and stretch to prepare you for labour. This can put a strain on the joints of your lower back and pelvis, which can cause back pain.

SOOTHE PRE-NATAL BACK PAIN WITH YOGA
In this video Pau leads you through 15 Minutes of prenatal yoga to release tension in your shoulders and neck. You will work through a series of floor-based poses to find flexibility in the spine.
Pau uses the Ajna Wellbeing bolster, for support throughout, but if you don't have a bolster, you can also use a firm pillow.
This is a fantastic sequence to keep up throughout your pregnancy to maintain back health and manage the demands of the extra weight on the body! This practice might be okay for any stage of your pregnancy. This is NOT recommended for women who are experiencing any complications in their pregnancy.
